About This Video

I’ve been in a season of big transitions lately — the post-Peru “Eeyore vibes,” the feeling of my days being the same episode on repeat, and the very real reality that my lease ends March 31st… and I’m definitely moving. I talk through why this house was such a gift (my own studio space after years of praying for it), but also why, as a 32-year-old single woman, the suburbs have started to feel isolating. I don’t fully share the final plan yet, but I do share what it’s like to sit in the unknown, make pros/cons lists, and hold the grief and the excitement at the same time. I also give a PCOS/ovarian cyst update — including the “ovary attacks” I had in December and again on the plane to Peru — and what I’m trying right now as a holistic girly who doesn’t want to just mask symptoms. I’ve been testing a daily concoction (apple cider vinegar, orange, garlic + water), and so far (knock on wood) I haven’t had another flare-up. In the middle of all of it, I’m leaning into “side quest spring”: learning piano, taking salsa/bachata classes, run club life, and letting whimsy be part of the healing. Presence over pressure, always.
