About This Video

In this video, I guide you through a short, grounding breathwork practice to support better digestion—either before a meal or after. We start by settling into a comfortable seat, closing the eyes, and building simple awareness: how you’re breathing right now, what your face and shoulders are doing, and how it feels to root down into gravity. From there, I lead slow, silent diaphragmatic breaths that invite “rest and digest” back online—because breathwork is really just awareness, and the way you’re breathing is the way you’re living. The core of this session is slow Tummo-style breathing with gentle holds that expand the belly to massage the digestive tract. I cue you to take nourishing, medicinal breaths—no rush—adding bandhas (pelvic floor lift, tongue to the roof of the mouth, gaze to the third eye) to move energy and deepen focus. We finish with cleansing breaths, a wave breath (belly to chest), and an affirmation: “I love my body, I thank my body.” I also share a simple takeaway for daily life: try mindful eating—slower chewing, no screens, more presence—to help with bloating, feeling stuffed, and breathing deeper after meals.
