In this video I’m back inside our original coffee trailer we built in 2021—the one that’s been sitting in my yard since August. I’ve got a cold so excuse my voice, but I wanted to show the real, unfiltered state of it right now: it’s a mess, we basically abandoned it when we pulled everything out, and it needs a full clean-out before it can roll again. This trailer was our start and it served us so well, so even though it’s rough, it’s kind of special to step back into it. I walk through the layout and what’s still in here: where the fridge goes, the handmade countertops my husband built, and the super tight workflow in a 6x12 pointed trailer (you really don’t get the full space). I point out the water system—fresh tank, hot water heater, dirty water tank (thankfully drained), and the water pump that I realized needs replacing. I also talk about what we learned since then, like upgrading to real stainless counters and a true three-compartment sink in our newer trailer. And honestly? I still miss the big 4x4 service window—being able to stick my whole body out was a vibe.
