Security was quick, and people were genuinely kind—having a baby meant I got help and skipped a lot of queues. My biggest tip is to do a diaper change and a feed right before boarding. We gate-checked the stroller at the plane door, and I said my little silent prayer for a nap… even though my baby currently naps for 27 minutes, so who was I deceiving? At 7 months she was curious—touching everything, grabbing papers, turning around to see people, and shouting “Yeah” about 20 times. I kept a toy handy, breastfed mid-flight when she decided it was “milk the cow” time, and overall she was an angel… until landing, when her ears popped because she refused her earmuffs.
