If you’re in the mood for bass, this video is basically me waving a big red flag that says “try the 7Hz Legato.” It’s a dual dynamic IEM with a really cool setup: a 12mm driver handling the lows and a smaller 6mm driver handling everything else (midrange/treble). I go through the unboxing and accessories first, and honestly the presentation shocked me for the price—nice packaging, a ridiculous carry case for a $109 set, a better-than-expected tip selection, and a cable that looks and feels way more premium than it has any right to at this budget. Then we get into the real point: the sound. The Legato is a straight-up bass cannon—big, booming, and loaded with sub-bass extension that absolutely thumps on the right tracks. It’s not a classic V-shape though, because the treble is laid back and smooth (not screechy), and the mids sit back behind that monstrous low end. For me, this is an “auxiliary” IEM—something I grab when I want that deep, continuous pounding sub-bass for specific genres, not an all-rounder for rock, jazz, or classical.
