MY FIRST SURGERY IN VET SCHOOL: monitoring anesthesia as a vet student 🐾

THE DAY IS OFFICIALLY HERE...OUR FIRST SURGERY! In vet school, we do our first surgery as a team of 3. My role for this surgery was anesthesia! As a vet student monitoring anesthesia, it was my job to make sure my patient was stable and comfy for the surgery and recovery. I can't believe we're already doing surgeries, it seems like yesterday that we were studying for anatomy in first year!
