In this video I’m talking about something a lot of people ignore until it’s too late—Amazon hard gating/brand gating going into Q4. If you’re sitting there in November with inventory “held hostage” because you didn’t prepare, that’s on you. I’m putting this out now (April) on purpose, because this is the downtime where you should be building an alternative plan, not panicking when the switch flips. I also clear up a few questions from my last video—yes, I’ll open cards for bonuses and 0% APR and I’ll cancel them; yes, it can hit your credit score; no, I’m not out here opening a bunch of business accounts. Then we get back to the real point: I’m shifting new buys away from an Amazon-only prism and focusing on eBay and other platforms. I don’t care if Amazon pays more on paper—if I can buy a $60 set for $30 and sell it for $120 on eBay, I’m good. Amazon has already gated sellers (LEGO and beyond), sometimes with no “apply to sell” button, and some people still can’t get back in months later—so prepare now, do your due diligence by category, and stop wishing for the old arm-sweep days.
