Hi guys! A bit of a different vlog this week. I’ve been really focused on improving my health, and my diet has always been something I’ve struggled with. Recently, I decided to cut out refined carbs during the workday, and these are some of the recipes that have worked really well for me! I’ve tweaked them a bit because I prefer not to buy ingredients that I can only use for one specific recipe, so hopefully it doesn’t feel too repetitive.
