About This Video

This week’s vlog is basically me easing back into work really slowly and trying to find my rhythm again. I start by setting up a fresh Midori MD notebook (volume two!)—I’ve talked about these so much, but I genuinely love how compact they are while still having a ton of pages, thick paper that doesn’t bleed, and that little string bookmark that makes it so easy to stay consistent. I also switched from dotted to grid paper this time, and yes, the start/finish date stickers are weirdly satisfying. After that, I spend the bulk of the week finishing my digital portfolio. I’m learning Framer as I go (it’s similar to Figma but more website-focused), and I walk you through how I structured my projects, what I include for brands (deliverables, visuals, analytics, and links), and why I kept everything super simple so I’ll actually update it. I also share a few cozy life updates—being sick, getting a very rushed haircut, and a couple room additions I’ve been loving lately—because honestly, that’s just part of getting it together too.
