I’ve been in that end-of-year headspace where you’re reflecting on everything you learned, what felt chaotic, and what you want to do differently next year—so in this video I’m getting my life together for 2026 by rebuilding my systems from the ground up. I walk you through the Creator Income & Project Tracker I made in Notion, because managing freelance income has honestly been one of my biggest struggles for years. I wanted something that’s structured but still flexible, so I can actually see what I’m expecting each month, spot low months ahead of time, and stop feeling like I’m planning in the dark. I show my simple dashboard setup (made to scroll on your phone), how I track projects, due dates vs. paid dates, and how the payment status updates so I’m not missing anything—or chasing invoices too late. I also built an allocation goals section to make savings/taxes feel less chaotic when income fluctuates, plus views that break things down by revenue source, brand, pending payments, and month. Then I switch into a cozy little design project: I made my own 16x20 wall calendar + habit tracker because I couldn’t find one that felt clean but functional. I explain why I chose a Monday start, added an extra task column for weekly priorities, and kept habits to four max.
