After coming back from New York two weeks ago, I decided to take a little break! Up until that point, I've been filming, editing, and uploading all within the same week, and it was getting super hard to manage! Sacrificing sleep and not moving my body enough was definitely something that needed to change, so here's to some new adjustments I'm introducing into my monthly routine!
