Samsung just officially unveiled the Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26 Plus, and base S26. I spent some time hands-on with the entire lineup last week, and while the design language might look familiar at first glance, there is actually a lot shifting here, especially with the Ultra. The real story this year is that brand-new display. Not only is it brighter and more efficient, but it features a hardware-level Privacy Display that is a total game-changer for using your phone in public. We’re also finally seeing some major practical upgrades, including a jump to an f/1.4 aperture for that 200MP camera and the long-awaited move to 60W fast charging. 🔴Pre-order new devices here (affiliate link) 🛒 Galaxy S26 Ultra - https://howl.link/mfhgequ4rbzbs 🛒 Galaxy Buds 4 Pro - https://howl.link/6dfm5ot3h107j 💬 COME SAY HI: ‣ BLOG - http://www.bythaohuynh.com ‣ INSTAGRAM: http://www.instagram.com/thaohuynhtv ‣ TIKTOK: http://www.tiktok.com/@thaohuynhy 💼 FOR BUSINESS INQUIRIES ‣ thaophuynhbusiness@gmail.com OR fill out contact form on my blog - https://www.bythaohuynh.com DISCLOSURE ‣ All thoughts and opinions expressed herein are my own and not influenced by the developing company, and/ or its affiliates, in any way. About This Video

Samsung just announced the Galaxy S26 lineup (S26, S26 Plus, and S26 Ultra), and I got hands-on time with all three. At first glance the design looks familiar, but there are real changes—especially on the Ultra. Samsung is moving away from the individual floating lenses and going with a raised camera island (Fold 7 vibes), and they’ve also made the Ultra a bit thinner and lighter. The corners are even more rounded this year, to the point where the three models look almost identical besides size, which makes the Ultra feel a little less “special,” but the lineup does look more cohesive. The Ultra’s display is the headline upgrade: a new panel that hits up to 3,000 nits, is more energy efficient, and still has that anti-reflective coating that’s a total game-changer outdoors. But the real party trick is the hardware-level Privacy Display you can toggle in Quick Settings—sharp head-on, dark from side angles, without the brightness/color trade-offs of cheap privacy protectors. On the practical side, the Ultra finally gets 60W wired charging (up to 75% in 30 minutes) and faster 25W wireless charging, plus a magnetic puck (you’ll need a case with magnets). Camera-wise, the 200MP main gets an f/1.4 aperture for more light and less low-light shutter lag, and there’s a new “horizontal lock” mode for super steady video. The base S26 quietly wins with a bigger 4,300mAh battery and no more 128GB starter model, while the S26 Plus… honestly feels kind of forgotten this year.
