Galaxy S26 Ultra

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is clearly the star of the lineup this year, and it’s the one I’m most excited to test properly. The new display (brighter, more efficient, plus the built-in Privacy Display) is the kind of upgrade that actually changes daily use, and I’m also happy Samsung finally moved to 60W wired charging.

Pros

+200MP main camera now has f/1.4 aperture for better low-light performance

Cons

-Battery size is unchanged from last year
-Privacy Display works best when viewers are ~40–45° off to the side (not great for over-the-shoulder)
-Magnetic charging requires a compatible case since magnets aren’t built into the phone
