OpenAI’s Sora Review - Engineer's Reaction

In this video, I react to the exciting news, since my friend wanted to see my reaction and probably opinions on OpenAI's new Sora, a crazy powerful video creation AI tool. 00:00 Introduction Honestly, I didn't realize we were this close to generating videos of THIS quality. So I HAD to give my two cents while reacting live to this video. I've been a fan of MKBHD (Marques Brownlee) for a while and I'm so excited to see how OpenAI is pushing barriers so that I have easier ways to add content to my video creation assets, haha! In this video I give my thoughts, my two cents as a PhD student in electrical and electronics engineering, utilizing ML and AI to help the power grid dispatch energy efficiently in response to unpredictable renewable resources. I've been doing data analysis since 2011, and especially in 2016 to do classification of power grid data to detect faults in the grid vs. bad actors trying to hurt the power grid. The important factor to be able to do this is data processing, data cleaning, coding (Python and Matlab) and interpretation.
