In this video I’m breaking down my full, honest experience after flying the Antigravity A1 for about a month. This one isn’t sponsored—I paid for it myself—and it definitely wasn’t cheap, so I wanted to cover what it’s actually like in the real world: the physical setup (drone + goggles + motion controller), how the two flight modes work, what the transmission/range feels like compared to DJI, and the little things you don’t think about until you own it… like why I finally bought a landing pad after slicing my finger trying to hand-catch it. The A1 is wild to fly. The “fly now, frame later” thing is real because it’s shooting 360° all the time, and that changes everything about how you capture shots. I walk through Anti-Gravity Studio and show how you can pick different perspectives (front/side/rear/overhead), orbit anywhere you want, and keyframe moves like FPV-style rolls—without re-shooting. On image quality, it’s good, but it’s not beating something like a DJI Mini 5 Pro. Even though it’s “8K 30,” you’re basically cropping out of a full 360 sphere, so depending on the lens view you choose, it can feel closer to 2K/1080. For me, this drone shines for travel, landscapes, and fun creative shots—not for high-end real estate/editorial work, and not for mapping.
