In this video I break down 5 reasons why I think the DJI Mini 4 Pro is (arguably) the best drone for creators and prosumers right now. The first one is the obvious one: size matters. At 249g it stays under the weight limit in most places, which usually means you can skip the whole registration/licensing headache, and it’s insanely easy to travel with. I just did a trip to Arizona with only a carry-on and personal item, and the only reason I brought a drone at all is because this thing barely takes up space in my bag. From there, I get into what actually matters: image quality and features that make your shots easier to get. You can shoot up to 33MP RAW photos (quick tip: shoot 4:3 to use the full 1/1.3" sensor), plus true vertical mode where the camera rotates instead of cropping. Video looks great too with 4K up to 60 and 10-bit D-Log, which was a nice upgrade for me coming from the Mini 3. Then I talk about waypoint missions (way more useful than I expected) for repeatable shots and even drone mapping, the omnidirectional safety sensors for peace of mind, and the tracking features that make things like self-footage and clean orbit shots way easier. I also give my honest take on whether it’s worth upgrading from a Mini 3 Pro.
