In this Project Pan 2025 Update (October 2025), I’m chatting through what I’ve actually been using, what’s moved, and what’s basically just been sitting there because… seasons. I’ve got three primers in the project, but two haven’t had any progress because they’re more oily-skin primers and I’m not quite there yet (plus they don’t play nicely with my current foundation). The one I *am* smashing is my Bobbi Brown Face Base because it works beautifully with my Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation—also, it’s expensive, but it lasts forever because it’s so thick and you need the tiniest amount. I also update you on complexion and cheek products like my Huda Beauty Tantour (no pan yet, but I’m trying), my Natasha Denona Love Cheek Duo (stunning, especially as it warms up), and powders/highlighters I’ve been neglecting. I’m honest about what’s not getting love—like my RMS mini luminizer quad—and I make a couple of decisions: I’m taking out my Barry M lip & cheek tint because I’m just not reaching for it, and I’m swapping out my wintry Viva La Juicy Noir for a fresher, greener spring/summer fragrance.
