In this weekly roundup (#18), I’m doing my usual “new + empties + favs + product rotation” chat — but honestly, it’s a short and sweet one because I didn’t buy anything new this week. I did, however, have a little overnight stay and used up some minis/sachets, so we’re talking skincare empties, a face mask moment, and a couple of fragrance samples I finished. I also share what I actually liked (hello Mecca Cosmetica Hydrating Moisturiser) and what was a hard no for me (Weleda night cream felt way too oily and heavy on top of my skin). I also go through what I had in my weekly rotation and what I’m keeping vs swapping out. I’m still loving my Kevyn Aucoin Etherealist foundation (one of my all-time favourites), and I’m keeping a couple of products in purely because I didn’t wear enough makeup this week. Then I bring in some fun things for the next week: a matching concealer moment, my old-but-gold NARS Summer Lights palette for that bronze goddess vibe, the Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks powder duo (I’m obsessed already), plus a viral Maybelline lip balm/oil that actually shows up on my fair skin. And for fragrance, I’m focusing on a Priceline-body-mist week with Gem Watermelon Fresh so I can properly review the range later.
