In this stream I’m grinding Hearthstone ladder with the new Timeway Mini Set, trying to push all the way to Legend. It’s honestly a grind, and you’ll see me make some dumb misplays, fix them, and just try to stabilize through some gross boards. I also talk about why Hearthstone feels easier to jump back into than something like Magic—Blizzard literally gives you a ladder-ready deck when you return, and I’ve put zero money into the game while still having a ton of dust to work with. While I’m queuing games, I’m also answering a bunch of audio and gear questions like I usually do—headphones, IEMs, DAC/amps, and gaming audio. I run through what I’ve been using lately (like the iFi Go Link Max and FiiO K11), what I heard at CES (Klipsch speakers and new headphones, Linsoul/Epomaker stuff, Moondrop), and some CanJam impressions (HiFiMAN H600 being a standout, AR5000 being really well-tuned). I also rant a bit about headset mics and why wireless bandwidth usually makes them sound worse, plus thoughts on the Audeze Maxwell 2 tuning/weight and why I still prefer wired when I want the best audio.
