And in this video im going to show you the whole process from his much needed renovation, the history of the Miniature and Warhammer at the time he was made and also how I brought this Iconic Warhammer Relic into the 21st century! About This Video

Warhammer today is all spooky, grandiose, gothic, and (let’s be honest) pretty high budget—and I love that. But in this video I go back to when Games Workshop was really, really weird, because I managed to get my hands on one of the rarest and most sought-after Oldhammer minis ever: the Limited Edition L7 “Wizard with a Submachine Gun.” It showed up in an anonymous package from a ridiculously generous viewer, and I basically lost my mind. So we do a proper little history lesson: 1986, pre–Rogue Trader, the LE range, and the whole “metalhead fantasy meets sci‑fi nonsense” soup that made stuff like this make perfect sense. Then I do what I always do to an ancient hand-sculpted lump of lead: I look at it and think, without a shadow of a doubt, I can fix him. I renovate the mini, pay homage to the original pinky-red robe scheme, and push it with modern twists—freehand star patterns (accidentally Rincewind-coded), a loud camo cloak because it’s funny, and a big wearable scroll apron because I wanted it to feel more Warhammer. I also pick Chaos, obviously, and finish it off with a proper gimmick: magical lightning bullets using twisted wire, glue, and paint. Add a plinth, fix the extreme forward lean with some scenic basing, and boom—an Oldhammer relic dragged into the 21st century.
