Back in November I was grinding SEO work, going nowhere, and my business mentor asked me where I wanted to be in a year. I told him straight: I wanted to flip my income from SEO to AI. Four months later, I’d already made more in the last 30 days than I ever did in a month doing SEO—so in this video I get properly tactical: not “ideas”, but the actual steps, prompts, and walkthroughs you can use to start making money with AI even if you’re not technical and you don’t have a big audience. I cover four “lazy” methods. First, teaching AI one-on-one: you only need to be one level ahead, and most people are basically at zero. I show how to use Perplexity Deep Research to find local networking events, then simply show up and say, “I help people get started with AI,” and sell $100/hr sessions teaching projects, custom GPTs, and prompting. Second, AI implementation consulting: offer a free AI audit, use Claude to generate audit questions and turn findings into a roadmap, then upsell implementation (or partner with someone technical and split revenue). Third, a local AI-assisted newsletter: use deep research to curate events, draft it in Claude with your style, grow subscribers via your phone book/Facebook groups/cheap ads, then monetize with local sponsors. Fourth, building AI apps: mine Reddit pain points or validate demand with Build The Keyword, then vibe-code in Replit/Lovable and monetize with paywalls, affiliates, or ads.
