About This Video

Claude can do almost anything… which is exactly why most people open it and go blank. That’s the same problem I run into at 6 PM when me and my girlfriend do the “what do you fancy for dinner?” dance—too many options, no menu. So in this video I give you the menu: five Claude Co-work Skills you can build (and actually deploy) today, and I build them live so you can see the whole workflow end-to-end. We start with my Decision Council: five parallel expert personas that evaluate a decision independently, challenge assumptions, run an anonymous peer review, and then deliver a chairman-style synthesis—plus an interactive dashboard. Then I build a Framework Reverse Engineer by pulling expertise from an external source (Daniel Priestley) and turning it into a repeatable skill that can extract a signature framework from your own content. After that, I bake the “Lyra” style master prompt workflow into a Prompt Writer skill so I’m not constantly re-pasting a giant prompt—Claude asks clarifying questions and outputs a structured, high-quality prompt. Finally, I show two practical “build & deploy” skills: an Amazon Shopper that uses Claude in Chrome to browse Amazon for you and return the top picks with links, and a Branded LinkedIn Carousel Generator trained on one of my old PDFs so it can recreate my layout and branding. The big takeaway: these skills compound over time, and you can link them together into multi-step workflows.
