About This Video

It’s kind of snowing outside, so I called it a snow day and leaned all the way into homebody energy: ice matcha, cozy clothes, and doing those little budget-friendly things that make a space feel like a home. My big 2026 vision is finally making this house feel lived-in and personalized—not waiting years for the ā€œperfectā€ expensive art, but adding small enhancements that actually help my mental health when I’m home. I start with simple upgrades like cute thrifted placemats (seriously, they make everyday lunch and dinner feel special), then move into the room I’m most excited to cozy up: my bedroom. I also share a few of my favorite essentials from Quince (they’re sponsoring today’s video), including the quilt I sleep with every single day. I originally bought this quilt after researching for something comfy, minimal, easy to wash, and ethically made—then grabbed it again in an olive green for winter. After that, I finally tackle a decor project I’ve been putting off: framing memories. I use a mix of thrifted frames and one Anthropologie frame, plus wedding Polaroids and even scraps of my wedding dress fabric (yes, I made my wedding dress). To end the day, I start a thrifted embroidery/cross-stitch style ā€œHome Sweet Homeā€ project—no instructions, no pattern, just vibes and a little experience—because making a house a home is really about the tiny, cozy details.
