About This Video

In today’s 30 before 30 Vlogmas Day 20, I’m doing a full-on closet reset with me—like, everything comes out, Marie Kondo style-ish, and we get brutally honest about what I actually wear. With Christmas around the corner and the new year creeping up (which always gives me that ā€œreset everythingā€ urge), I’m using this as an excuse to audit my wardrobe and start building what I’m calling my dream closet for my 30s. Not ā€œnew year, new meā€ vibes—more like ā€œlet’s pick up better habits and finally tackle the backlog.ā€ I talk through how my style evolved in my 20s—from fast fashion, to investing in basics, to minimalism, and then back to embracing that I’m a colorful girly who loves thrifting, hand-me-downs, and pieces with a story. I sort clothes into yes/maybe/no, plus a pile for stuff that just needs a little love (aka: ironing, washing, de-pilling, or mending). I also share what I’ve learned about dressing for what actually flatters me (hello off-the-shoulder neckline), how I’m moving away from cropped tops, and why I keep a few ā€œwork uniformā€ items for content/markets. Cozy, practical, and very much a real-life small biz homebody wardrobe edit.
