This week’s vlog was a bit of a grind because I was under the weather, but we still made some massive progress in the store. We were hovering around 90,000 items and pushing hard to hit 10,000 lots by the end of Feb… and we got there. I also packed a few orders (including some fresh Series 27 bits) and showed how much quicker picking is now that our minifig storage is properly organised. A big chunk of this episode is me walking through our real storage solutions as a part-time BrickLink seller, and what I actually like (and don’t like) about each option. I talk about why we’re moving away from tiny containers, why the cheap 24-compartment organisers can be great but slow if they’re stacked, and why our main drawer organisers work so well for pick path—even though they’re not very deep.
