In VLOG46 I’m catching you up on a big chunk of November and December, plus the start of 2026, from our BrickLink store setup here in Wellington, New Zealand. We run Kiwi Brick Exchange out of a bedroom, so this one is all about store expansion, moving things around, and the reality of trying to grow when you’re constantly space-poor. I also talk through our plans for the year (including the goal to double the size of the store), and what that looks like in terms of systems, categories, and actually tracking uploads and progress. We’ve had some seriously good hauls and some “absolute dream” bulk that was already sorted into part type, which makes processing way faster—just my three C’s: condition, colour, and count. I show some of the best finds (like a nougat pig, Ringwraith capes, and a LOTR horse), and how quick accessory and minifig sorting can pay off. You’ll also see a massive resort/rejig, container reshuffling, consolidating lots, and the constant juggle between uploading, picking orders, and keeping the workflow moving.
