About This Video

Welcome back into the BrickLink store for VLOG42 — and honestly, we kicked the week off with a proper bang. We ran a one-day 20% off sale and it absolutely moved stock: 23 orders lined up to go out, including one repeat customer order with just over 1,000 parts on its own. The big takeaway for me is that sales aren’t just about “clearing junk” — they’re a really good way to cycle older inventory that’s been sitting for a year or two, make space, and keep the store ticking along. We cracked over $1,000 in a single day, which is a great way to finish June and roll into July. From there, I take you behind the scenes of our bulk-used LEGO sorting, with a big focus on Technic (yes… suffering). I’m tracking store hours, chasing a 10,000-part net increase for the month, and aiming for 1,000 new lots — while also showing the reality: not enough space, tiny parts spilling everywhere, and BrickStore being painfully slow when I’m trying to do minifig parts. Along the way we hit some awesome value finds (including a random $150 part), talk storage tricks like using bull clips to mark empty drawers, and I share a simple speed tip for colour sorting: dragging parts into piles instead of picking every single piece up.
