About This Video

This week’s Bricklink store vlog is a continuation of our massive 100lb (45kg) LEGO haul, and I’m still honestly blown away by how much value we’re pulling out of it. I unbox more minifigures and parts, talk through what I’m prioritising (minifigs vs bulk parts vs parting out), and show you what it actually looks like when the store is in full work mode—boxes everywhere, drawers half-full, and uploads happening in bursts. We also picked up another box from the same seller (sorted by colour… not ideal), plus two massive bags of City minifigs that are easily 100–150 figures. On the store side, I run through orders going out, why “the more you get in the store, the more that goes out,” and a few wins like moving high-value figs (including our highest-value find so far). I also share what we’re doing to push lot count and item count at the same time—mixing quicker $3–$4 minifigs with bulk parts and regular uploads through BrickStore. Along the way we hit some fun saves (nearly discarding valuable Bionicle parts), progress a big part-out (Mona Lisa 31213), and talk about real seller problems like drawer space, dust, and what to do with organisers that aren’t full. Lots of sorting, lots of uploads, and a few solid milestones as the haul keeps paying off.
