About This Video

We’ve just gone and bought over 100lbs (45kg) of LEGO, and honestly… this haul was insane. We unbox 11 boxes worth of parts and sets, and the first thing that blew me away was how much of it was already pre-sorted by part type (even down to the same size tiles). There were unfinished sets, instructions in fantastic condition, heaps of vehicle parts, plates, bricks, windows, and then the real crowning glory: big bags of minifigures and accessories—Star Wars, Ninjago, Collectible Minifigures, animals, and more. In the video I work through identifying and uploading the best value items first (because we’re space poor, and storage matters). We hit some big surprises while sorting: Commander Cody, a $45 minifig missing a piece (straight onto the wanted list), a $75 Cloud City outfit minifig we’re now hunting for, a rare $14 beard element, and a Batman minifig (B 022) that’s been selling around $80—plus the potential of a Scarecrow and maybe even Bane if we get lucky. By 83 items uploaded we’d already hit what we paid for the bulk lot, and we’re still only scratching the surface. To top it off, the seller found another box—an extra 8kg of sorted parts plus around 120–150 town minifigures for $150. This one’s going to take weeks (maybe months) to fully process, but it’s exactly the kind of haul that can level up a BrickLink store if you tackle it smart.
