About This Video

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve done a what’s on my iPhone, but because I literally use my phone every single day (and I was getting bored of looking at the same thing), I decided to switch it up and customize it to its core. In this video I’m showing you my iPhone 12 (mint green, 128GB… still serving me well since 2021, but yes I’m always fighting for storage because I capture my life on it). I walk through my phone basics, my lockscreen, and my main home screen setup—everything is meant to feel simple, minimal, and cozy with a white/grey theme and a tiny bit of pink. I also show my actual app layout: my everyday apps (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube + YouTube Studio, Pinterest, Notes, Spotify, Google Photos, WhatsApp, etc.), plus how I organize the “not aesthetic” apps into folders so my screens still look clean. My second and third slides are more like mood/vision board vibes—smart stacks, affirmations, and little aesthetic pictures that make me want to romanticize my life. Then I get into the fun part: exactly how I made my transparent widgets in Widgetopia, how I changed app icons using Shortcuts (the only downside is the little shortcut symbol), and how I added a cute GIF widget with WidgetKit. If you want a cozy, minimal iPhone setup that still feels super personal, this is basically my whole process step-by-step.
