In this video, I go over the final additions to my Tacoma Overland Build — including the Vecel Outdoors bed organization system and the Truma VarioHeat. These are two upgrades I’ve wanted to add to the truck for a long time. While nothing was wrong with my previous setup, these new additions drastically improve how Odi and I tackle the backcountry of Montana — especially when it comes to comfort, organization, and cold-weather camping. If you’ve got questions about the setup, drop them in the comments below! --- 🔥 **Support the Channel & Buy Odi a Treat:** 👉 https://buymeacoffee.com/hunterpauley 🚐 **My Super Pacific X1 Camper** – Use launch code **933** for **$250 toward accessories:** 👉 https://superpacificusa.com 🧰 *Brands Mentioned in Video*: * **Vecel Outdoors:** https://www.veceloutdoors.com * **Howl Campfires:** https://alnk.to/bEl8Spf --- 🏕️ Camping Gear: 20lb Propane Tank Cover – https://amzn.to/3UWjO9m Kelty Low Loveseat – https://amzn.to/4hOnSlT Jetboil Flash – https://amzn.to/4gSNOM7 iKamper Disco Skottle (Use code "GAINZ") – https://rstr.co/ikamper/gainz 270º FSR Free Standing Awning (Use "GAINZ" to save 5%) – https://alnk.to/dAnucWQ Fiskars Wood Splitting Axe – https://amzn.to/4gvt5h4 ### **The Current Build List (affiliate links):** **Wheels & Suspension** * SSW Bronze Griffons (use **GAINZ**): [link](https://shorturl.at/b8mar) * 285/75/17 Toyo Open Country AT3: [link](https://amzn.to/4hGxhvB) * R4T Sliders: [link](https://tinyurl.com/3tvk7pnj) * Dobinson 3-Way MRR: [link](https://shorturl.at/PpDuB) * Archive Garage Relocation Kit: [link](https://shorturl.at/nljRn) * 14” Dobinson Smoothies: [link](https://shorturl.at/aPIOa) * Deaver Stage 3: [link](https://shorturl.at/WBiLo) * Sumo Spring Bump Stops: [link](https://amzn.to/3C5OPSJ) **Armor & Exterior** * Full Aluminum RCI Skids w/ Rear Diff: [link](https://tinyurl.com/mvwrwuzk) * Sherpa Animas Rack: [link](https://tinyurl.com/5n6mud63) * C4 Full Steel Hybrid Bumper: [link](https://tinyurl.com/y8e56h6k) * Warn VR 10 Winch: [link](https://amzn.to/40nKAtx) * Factor 55: [link](https://amzn.to/40mUTOK) * Cal Raised Bed Stiffeners: [link](https://amzn.to/3WsVY6e) **Lighting & Electrical** * Diode Dynamics SS5 Light Bar: [link](https://amzn.to/40C64Ep) * SS2 Ditch Pods: [link](https://amzn.to/40ELQtA) * SS3 Max SAE Fog Lights: [link](https://amzn.to/4hlBWmn) * Baja Rock Lights (11 total): [link](https://amzn.to/4hlDw7N) * Diode Dynamics Rock Lights (6): [link](https://amzn.to/40DC1MK) * Kingpin 40' Adjustable Light Bar (use **GAINZ**): [link](https://tinyurl.com/mrxkyyvb) * Auxbeam 8 Gang Switch Panel: [link](https://amzn.to/3V75cUx) * NiLight RGB Interior Strips: [link](https://amzn.to/4c13cDT) **Camper & Power Setup** * Super Pacific X1 (use code **933**): [link](https://superpacificusa.com/) * FSR 270º Awning (use **GAINZ**): [link](https://alnk.to/7X5GrHI) * 2x 140W Sunflar Solar Panels: [link](https://tinyurl.com/4fvdn2p8) * Victron DC-DC 30A: [link](https://amzn.to/4hq5VcX) * Victron 100/30 MPPT: [link](https://amzn.to/4aoSrvG) * Victron Battery Shunt: [link](https://amzn.to/4axE9ZF) * 2x 100Ah Litime Slim Batteries: [link](https://amzn.to/4mXtAUh) * BougeRV 2000W Inverter: [link](https://amzn.to/3WpA83u) * 12v to 48v Starlink Mini Boost Converter: [link](https://amzn.to/42VX3Hc) * Diesel Heater Y Spliter Kit: [link](https://amzn.to/49e5h1a) **Interior & Accessories** * Goose Gear Rear Seat Delete: [link](https://tinyurl.com/5n96t87a) * Expedition Essentials Mount: [link](https://tinyurl.com/mutcm5ac) * Iceco VL35ProS (use **GAINZ**): [link](https://www.icecofreezer.com) * Dometic Water Jug + Faucet: [link](https://amzn.to/454lwty) * Straps (36” x 2): [link](https://amzn.to/45dADku) * Aeronaut Quilt: [link](https://aeronautoutdoor.com/) * Hest Standard Pillows: [link](https://amzn.to/3VmJ4Xf) * 3D Printed Mounts (Starlink, brake light, clips): [link](https://www.etsy.com/shop/BZShopDesigns) * CO & Temp Monitor: [link](https://amzn.to/4e2sJhM) **Navigation & Tech** * iPad Mini w/ GPS: [link](https://amzn.to/4hmxfst) * Pelsee 4K Mirror Dash Cam: [link](https://amzn.to/42oENqh) * Garmin Dash Cam: [link](https://amzn.to/4angwD7) * Seat Jackers: [link](https://amzn.to/4asg4U1) * Switch-Pros Panel: [link](https://amzn.to/3Q44O7b) 📸 **Instagram:** https://instagram.com/hunter_pauley 🎥 **TikTok:** https://tiktok.com/@hunter_pauely 📧 **Business Inquiries:** info@hunterpauley.com 00:00 Introduction 02:15 Vecel Outdoors 09:17 Current Power System - 200ah 12:36 Other random gear, Howl, Starlink, etc. 15:57 Truma Vario Heater 22:06 Quick Interior Overview 24:47 Other Thoughts on the Vecel Outdoors 27:10 Quick Walkaround/Truma Heater, etc. 29:29 104,000 miles - Any Issues? About This Video

This one isn’t a camping video and it’s definitely not some overly-done cinematic edit—this is me walking you through the final iteration of my 3rd gen Tacoma overland build. I’m covering the two biggest upgrades I’ve wanted for a long time: the Vecel Outdoors bed organization system (replacing my old Goose Gear setup) and the Truma VarioHeat propane heater from Super Pacific. Nothing was “wrong” with the old setup, but these changes seriously improve how Odi and I handle Montana backcountry nights—especially when weather turns nasty and cold. The Vecel system has been absolutely stellar so far. My favorite part is having drawers and access that open to the inside, so when the camper is closed and it’s dumping rain or snow, I can still grab gear, make coffee, and stay organized. It also wipes down way easier after dusty roads compared to 80/20-style setups. On the heater side, I’ve run diesel heaters for years, and the Truma has been incredible: quiet, efficient, dry heat, and I love being on a single fuel source (propane) for cooking, the Howl, and heat—no more worrying about diesel spills in the truck. This is the build finale, and I’m feeling very confident this is the last big round of changes.
