About This Video

Heat. Heat. What’s up, fellow builders? In this video I unbox, build, and review a newly released bootleg kit from Trident—the Highgrade RGZ-95 ReZel. I went into this one with low expectations because I’m not really a fan of ReZel-type designs, so I wasn’t expecting to be impressed. But while building, the kit slowly showed its real beauty, and the design honestly grows on you the more it comes together. I talk about the plastic quality (not premium, but not cheap), the colors, and the overall detail—plus I point out a big plus for me: some parts are undergated. Stickers are just okay, but you really need patience and good alignment or it will show. The kit can transform, but I’ll be honest, it’s complicated, and articulation is a bit limited especially on the upper body. I also cover the expected bootleg issues like joints loosening over time and a really loose leg connector (easy fix, but you should expect it). If you’re into Unicorn kits and you’re okay with tightening joints—especially with polycaps—this can still be a fun build for the shelf.
