What’s up, fellow builders? In this video I unbox, build, and review a newly released bootleg kit: the High Grade Astray No-Name (a copy of Bandai’s MPF-Pnn Gundam Astray No-Name from Gundam Build Divers). I go through the build experience, how the plastic feels in-hand, how the colors look straight out of the box, and whether it’s actually worth picking up if you’re an Astray fan. Verdict time: the plastic quality is great—solid and well-made—and nothing feels “off” right out of the box. The colors are on point, and even as a straight build it already looks really good on display. The build itself is a breeze, plus you get some undergated parts which is always a win, but there are a few tight areas so you’ll want to take your time during assembly. Joints are incredibly okay: stable, pose-holding, and not flimsy. Stickers though… yeah, let’s not talk about the stickers—I’m not a fan. Articulation is limited (elbows, knees, upper body), but that’s expected for this version, so I’m fine with it. Bonus: you also get extra arms, and my only real wish is water slide decals.
