In the first official episode of my new podcast, Talk Faith To Me, I’m laying the foundation—faith 101. In this episode I break down Hebrews 11:1 (KJV): “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” I emphasize that faith is always present tense—faith is now, not yesterday, not tomorrow, not “going to be.” I also explain that faith isn’t fantasy; it’s God’s reality, because God sits outside of time and declares the end from the beginning. Then I unpack “substance” and “hope”: everything you need already exists in the unseen realm, and biblical hope is confident expectation in God’s promises rooted in His character and faithfulness—because God can’t lie. Finally, I show how faith is evidence, like a title deed—proof of what belongs to you even before you see it.
