In a large bowl, mix 8oz cream cheese, the flour, and the butter. Nix well until a dough consistency is formed. Spread into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and cool. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream and gelatin to a thick custard; set aside in refrigerator. In a bowl, mix remaining cream cheese and the confectioners' sugar. Spread this mixture over the cooled dough, then sprinkle the chopped nuts over the cream cheese mixture. Remove the lemon custard from the refrigerator and layer over the nuts. Spread the whipped cream over the lemon custard and top with coconut flakes. Return dish to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
