ZIPPY DEVILED EGGS (pg 11) 6 hard cooked eggs, halved lengthwise 1/4c Wish-Bone California Onion Dressing (I subbed in Ken's Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing) 2 Tbsp chopped stuffed green olives 1/4 tsp prepared mustard dash pepper Paprika In small bowl, mash egg yolks, blend in onion dressing, olives, mustard, and pepper. Refill egg whites. Sprinkle tops with Paprika. Makes 12 deviled eggs. STUFFED MUSHROOMS ITALIANO (pg 11) 1 pound large fresh mushrooms 1/4c Wish-Bone Italian or Caesar Dressing 1c bread crumbs 1/4c grated parmesan cheese 1Tbsp finely chopped parsley Water Preheat oven to 350. Remove and finely chop mushroom stems. In medium bowl, combine Italian dressing, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, and chopped stems. Fill each mushroom with bread crumb mixture; place in shallow baking dish.
