MAGIC RAINBOW COOKIE BARS (from 1980s Eagle Brand Milk ad) 1/2c butter or margarine 1.5c graham cracker crumbs 1 - 14oz can sweetened condensed milk 3.5oz flaked coconut 1c chopped nuts 1c plain M&Ms Preheat oven to 350 (325 if using a glass dish). In a 13x9 baking pan, melt butter or margarine in oven. Remove pan and sprinkle crumbs over butter. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients and press down firmly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
