Chill for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers. PARTY PIZZAS (pg 28) 4 oz chopped black olives 3oz real bacon bits 4oz grated cheddar cheese 1c mayonnaise Party rye bread Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Spread on party rye bread. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes (I baked my second batch at 400 for 14 minutes for more crisp bread and browned mayonnaise/cheese mixture). SPINACH BALLS (pg 87) 2 - 10oz packages frozen spinach 3c herb stuffing mix 1 large onion chopped fine 6 eggs, well beaten 3/4c melted butter or margarine 1/2c grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp pepper (original recipe states 1 Tbsp) 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt 1/2 tsp thyme Cook spinach using package directions. Drain, squeezing out excess liquid. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Shape into 3/4" balls. Black on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
