Easy Slow Cooker Dinners - I can't believe how good this slow cooker stew tasted!

Brown onions and ground beef in skillet. Drain. 2. Layer ingredients in slow cooker in order given. 3. Cover. Cook on low for 6 hours, or until potatoes and rice are cooked. CORN CAKE MUFFINS 1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix 1 pkg Jiffy golden yellow cake mix 2 eggs 1/3c milk 1/2c water Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease muffin pan or use paper liners. Combine all ingredients until blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned.
