In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except buns; mix well. Fill buns with mixture. Wrap each in foil. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted (this took 20 minutes for me). 4 to 6 sandwiches. APPLESCOTCH CRISP (pg 580) 6c (6 medium) peeled, sliced, cooking apples 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp water 1/4c brown sugar 1/2c flour 1/2c rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon, if desired 1 - 3.5oz package cook and serve butterscotch pudding 1/2c butter Heat oven to 375. Place apples in 8 or 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and water. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
