Yes, you CAN make casseroles WITHOUT cream soup! Retro casserole recipes often contain cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup, but this one is a just little bit different. I love casserole recipes that use leftovers, and this one would be a fantastic way to use up leftover ham from a big family or holiday meal. Serves 12. *I cut this recipe in half and used a 2.4qt casserole dish.
