Blot moisture from ham slices with paper towels. Spread each ham slice with cream cheese, reach almost all the way to the edges. Place pickle on short end of ham slice. Roll and chill. Slice when ready to eat. You should be able to get 5 or 6 slices out of each roll. RUMAKI 1/2lb bacon 1 - 8oz can whole water chestnuts, drained 1/4c of your favorite bbq sauce Preheat oven to 375. Cut each slice of bacon into thirds. Wrap each smaller slice of bacon around a whole water chestnut and spear with a toothpick. Place on baking sheet and brush each appetizer with bbq sauce. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, brushing with additional sauce halfway through. BUGLE DIP 1/4c port wine cheese spread 1/2c sour cream 1/4tsp paprika pinch of onion powder (optional) Bugles (for serving) Mix port wine cheese spread, sour cream and paprika until well combined.
