Lightly grease a jelly roll pan (I used a non stick baking mat). Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1" balls. Place on pan. Bake 20 to 25 minute or until born. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. ONION BISCUIT SQUARES 2c sliced onions 2 Tbsp fat (I used butter) 1/2 tsp salt dash of pepper Biscuit dough 1 egg 1/2c sour cream 1/4tsp salt Heat oven to 450 degrees. Brown onions in fat. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt, pepper. Make biscuit dough from basic Bisquick recipe. Roll into 10" square. Pat firmly into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Top with cooked onions. Beat rest of ingredients together; pour over onions. Bake about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into squares. ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 3c thinly sliced unpared zucchini (about 4 small) 1c Bisquick baking mix 1/2c grated Parmesan cheese 1/2c finely chopped onion 2 Tbsp snipped parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp dried marjoram or oregano leaves Dash of pepper 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1/2c vegetable oil 4 eggs, slightly beaten Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix all ingredients; spread in pan.
