Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Mix baking mix, 1/4c salsa, the beans, and chilies. Spread in dish. Top with 3/4c salsa and the cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Top with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. GREEN SALAD WITH WALNUTS (pg 81) Creamy mustard dressing (below) 6c bite size pieces of leaf or Bibb lettuce 1c coarsly chopped walnuts freshly ground pepper Prepare Creamy Mustard Dressing (below). Toss lettuce and walnuts. Serve with walnuts and pepper Cream Mustard Dressing 1/4c mayonnaise or salad dressing 3Tbsp half and half 1/2 to 1tsp dry mustard 1/4tsp garlic powder 1/4tsp salt Mix all ingredients. HERBED TUNA SPAGHETTI (pg 24) 7oz uncooked spaghetti 1/4c half and half 1/4c margarine or butter 1Tbsp chopped fresh or 1tsp dried basil leaves 3/4tsp chopped fresh or 1/4tsp dried oregano leaves 1/4tsp garlic powder or 1/2tsp instant minced garlic 9 1/4oz can tuna, drained 1/2c sliced pimiento stuffed olives 1/4c grated Parmesan cheese Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat half and half, margarine or butter, basil, oregano , and garlic powder to boiling in 2 quart sauce pan. Stir i tuna, olives, and cheese. Boil and stir 1 minute. Drain spaghetti. Spoon tuna mixture onto hot spaghetti.
