Halve pepperoni slices; add to pasta. Stir in pizza sauce, half of the mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, olives, and Parmesan. Transfer to a 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Seres 6. FUDGEMALLOW CANDY (pg 66) Microwave 12oz semi sweet chocolate chips and 1c chunk style peanut butter in a 2 quart bowl on 50% power for 2 to 3 minutes (I microwaved at 30 second intervals, stirring between each one) or until chocolate is melted. Fold in 4c miniature marshmallows. Spread into a greased 9" square pan; chill until firm. Cut into squares. TANGY HERBED SALAD DRESSING (pg 57) 1c salad dressing or mayonnaise (I used mayonnaise) 2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice (I used lemon juice) 1 Tbsp sliced green onion 1 Tbsp milk 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp dried basil, oregano, thyme, or marjoram, crushed (I used marjoram) 1 clove garlic, minced OR 1/8 tsp garlic powder Torn salad greens In a small bowl, stir together salad dressing or mayonnaise, lemon or lime juice, sliced green onion, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and dried crushed herb of your choosing from the provided list. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve atop torn salad greens.
