Mix next 7 ingredients, using just enough ketchup to moisten and hold the rest together. Spread on toast rounds and place in a 450 oven for 5 minutes. GOLDEN FLEECE (pg 185) 6oz cream cheese 3/4c milk 4 eggs 1/2tsp salt 1/2tsp dry mustard Heat cheese in top of double boiler over hot water until softened. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and beat until blended. Pour into individual baking dishes or custard cups and bak in pan of hot water in a 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. EGGS HONGROISE (pg 182) 1 small onion, minced 6Tbsp butter 4Tbsp flour 2Tbsp paprika 1 1/2c milk 1c heavy cream 1/2c chicken broth salt and pepper 6 hard cooked eggs, sliced buttered toast Cook onion in butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and paprika/ Gradually add liquids and cook, stirring, until thickened. Season to taste. Add eggs and heat.
