Season to taste with salt, freshly ground pepper, paprika, lemon juice, and onion juice or mixed chives. Blend in 1/2tsp Worcestershire sauce and 2Tbsp chopped pimiento stuffed olives. CHICKEN - WILD RICE CASSEROLE (pg 134) 2c cut up cooked chicken 1 1/2 to 2c cooked wild rice (I used a wild rice blend) 1/4c chopped green pepper 1 - 10 1/2oz can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can of milk salt and pepper Heat oven to 350. Mix ingredients together; place in greased 2 quart baking dish. Bake 30 minutes. WILTED GREENS (pg 147) (lettuce, spinach, endive, or a combination) 4 slices bacon, cut up 1/4c vinegar 2Tbsp water 1qt greens 2 green onions, chopped (I used chopped chives) 1tsp salt pepper 1 chopped hard cooked egg Fry bacon until crisp, add vinegar and water. Heat. Combine greens, onion, and seasoning.
