I'm also answering some of the frequently asked questions that pop up in my comments, inbox, and DMs. Teen Time Cooking https://amzn.to/44UzZGO Twist Whisk https://amzn.to/3Ze4Ixc Tupperware gelatin mold https://amzn.to/44OGwCW KitchenAid Glass Bowl: https://amzn.to/3PE7clt Dottie's Vet in CA - Central Veterinary Hospital: https://centralveterinary.com/ ------------------------------ RING AROUND TUNA SALAD (Teen-Time Cooking, 1959) 1Tbsp unflavored gelatin 1/4c cold water 1c undiluted Carnation evaporated milk 1/4c lemon juice 1/4tsp salt 1/4c finely chopped onion 1c tuna, drained 1/2c chopped celery 2Tbsp chopped pinmento 1/2c drained and sliced ripe olives Soften gelatin in cold water in a small heat proof glass dish. Place dish in a small pan of hot water. Allow to stand in hot water for 10 minutes. Slowly add Carnation milk to mayonnaise in a large bowl, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, salt, and dissolved gelatin. Fold in remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon in to 1.5 quart mold. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Unmold on serving platter.
