About This Video

In this video, I’m sharing what my “weekly workout split” looks like — but honestly, I don’t really treat it like a strict split. I just try to incorporate active living into my everyday life, and I see moving my body as a gift. There are no rules and no expectations for me; I aim for balance. If I go hardcore one day, the next day tends to be more chill, and if I’m feeling good, I’ll do more — I really just listen to my body and work around what’s scheduled (friends, family, and whatever fun plan comes up). You’ll see a mix of things I genuinely enjoy: BodyPump (my absolute fave because it makes my whole body feel worked out with strength + reps), running (where I keep reminding myself about consistency and the compound effect), gym time at Virgin Active Marina One (yes, it’s stunning and has a spa), cycling (we did a 40km ride and I tracked stats on my Apple Watch), and pole fitness on Saturdays. I do two back-to-back pole classes — combo tricks and conditioning — and I talk about how I’ve progressed over five years and how pole builds strength, flexibility, mobility, and confidence. We also go kayaking in the mangroves (chaotic, tiring, but so beautiful), and the main takeaway is: pick movement you actually enjoy, make it social if you want, and just keep showing up.
