In this video, I’m sharing all the ways I use my Apple Watch *daily* as a student (and as someone who’s really into fitness + productivity). I’m using the Apple Watch SE (gold, 40mm), and honestly she’s been so helpful in uplifting my life—encouraging me to be fit, to be productive, and to be more mindful. I walk through the apps and features I keep coming back to, especially for workouts, focus, and staying on track during busy uni days. My absolute favorite feature (and the main reason I bought it) is workout tracking. I track everything—from outdoor walks to runs, core workouts, yoga, HIIT, cycling, strength training and more—and I love seeing my distance, calories, duration, and heart rate ranges synced back into my phone. I also use it for heart rate monitoring, the Breathe app when I’m stressed or cooling down after a run, and sleep tracking (I use Pillow too because it’s super interesting to see REM/light/deep sleep). On the practical side, I show how I use it to find my iPhone (because I’m forgetful), answer calls/messages on-the-go, optimize my watch face with the right complications, and even small things like the handwashing timer and using it as a timer/alarm/stopwatch—basically a helpful clock at your wrist.
